The Charli & Kate VIP Program is a way for us to reward our loyal customers who keep coming back to us for the best in high-end and luxury hair care. We want our VIP customers to know how much they’re appreciated and in return, we want to help you truly understand and love your hair! 

It’s as easy as making purchases! Simply jump online or head into the salon and purchase your favourite hair care products, or dabble in something new that you haven’t tried before. Either way, you will be rewarded with 20 points for every $1 you spend toward your points tally. You can earn more VIP Rewards by referring friends and family to the Charli & Kate community. Make sure you are logged into your account when making purchases to avoid disappointment!

If your Charli & Kate VIP account is inactive for a period of six months, your rewards will expire in full. The same applies for customers who have not spent or earned Charli & Kate reward dollars for a consecutive term of six months. We will let you know (30 days) before your points expire so you don’t miss out on your reward value.

Once you have created your Charli & Kate VIP Program account, you can refer your friends and family by sharing a unique URL with them. They will need to make their purchase via this URL. Your friends and family will receive their $10 VIP Rewards voucher to spend on orders over $100 (excluding shipping). Once they've made their purchase, you will receive your $10 VIP Rewards voucher coupon to spend on orders $100 or more too!
